Is the crisis finally over? Crown Prince Frederik (55) caused an uproar at the end of October – the Danish royal was said to be having an affair after he was spotted leaving a woman’s apartment. Queen Margrethe’s son (83) and his wife left this uncommented, but it was said that Princess Mary (51) was keeping her distance. That seems to be a thing of the past: Frederik and Mary walk hand in hand!
On December 24, the couple attended the Christmas Eve service at the cathedral church. When Frederik and Mary got out of the car, there was a beautiful sight: the two were holding hands as they walked to church with their four kids. In the snapshots available to Gala, Mary and her husband were beaming and seemed very happy.
Before the holidays, there was speculation as to how the royal family and head of the family Margrethe would spend the festival of love. The Danish magazine Her & Nu reported that the regent will celebrate together with her two sons Joachim and Frederik at Marselisborg Palace. Based on these pictures of Mary and Co., nothing seems to have stood in the way of that!
