The Duchess is once again wearing this beautiful Prada coat.
Not only Queen Letizia of Spain shows that you can wear an item multiple times, the Duchess of Edinburgh Sophie also restyles items from her wardrobe. During Easter, the Duchess appeared in a beautiful Prada coat that had not been seen in ten years.
Easter service
On March 31, members of the British royal family gathered for the annual Easter service at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. King Charles appeared here for the first time at a public occasion since he was diagnosed with cancer. He arrived at the Easter service with Queen Camilla at his side.
Queen of restyling
While we saw Queen Camilla appear with a beautiful centuries-old brooch (we’ll tell you more about this later), the Duchess of Edinburgh appeared in a stylish Prada coat. The beautiful, deep purple coat has gold buttons and has a length up to the knee. Sophie styled the coat with a cream-colored beret and high heels in the same color. Stunning!
Not only is the outfit elegant, Sophie also shows with this outfit that she knows how to recycle items from your wardrobe. The Duchess was first seen in this beautiful coat ten years ago during a visit to the String Orchestra at the Royal Artillery Barracks in Woolwich. In December 2014, the Duchess wore the coat with a black dress, tights, heels and a bag. She may not be a queen, but as far as we’re concerned, she’s the queen of restyling.
Other royals have also been restyled
Sophie wasn’t the only royal who knows how to restyle something from your own wardrobe. Queen Letizia of Spain also recently appeared in a beautiful dress in which we had already seen her last year. During the Easter service we also saw Princess Anne wearing an item that has been part of her wardrobe for ten years. She wore a beautiful mint jacket, which we have seen before, paired with her favorite House of Bruar suede riding boots and a brown suede bag.
