These tips ensure that you get fuller and thicker hair

Say goodbye to thin and lifeless hair with these tips!

Have you always dreamed of full and thick locks, but is your hair far too lifeless for that? Think twice! You can do a lot to your hairstyle yourself to make it fuller and thicker. We explain how to do that.

Products

If you wash and care for your hair with the right products, it will make a big difference. The moment you use shampoo and conditioner for lifeless hair, your hair also gets what it needs: more volume. Just don’t apply too much conditioner. That actually makes it lifeless and greasy, and that’s exactly what you don’t need.

Brushing

A tip that you have probably heard many times, but that you still make a mistake from time to time. Your hair is at its most fragile when it’s wet, so brush it when it’s almost dry. Don’t try to dry your hair too hard and prefer to use a cotton towel. This prevents your hair from breaking off and therefore becoming thinner.

Heat

Do you have a party and want to curl your hair? Be careful. The heat causes it to break down quickly. It is therefore recommended to always use a heat protective spray. Therefore, try not to use the hairdryer, curling iron or straightener so often. Tip: blow-dry your hair on the cold setting.

Barber

Many people think that the key to long hair is ‘never going to the hairdresser’. The greatest risk of hair breakage is at the bottom of your hair, because your ends are the oldest and most vulnerable. So the idea is to have your ends cut every so often, before you get too many split ends and need to cut even more length.

Elastic

A ponytail, bun or braid is the solution for a bad hair day. That is why it is important that you use the right elastic band. Use a soft elastic band without metal.
