New Year’s Eve is just around the corner and that means a nice drink! Don’t you want to drink wine, beer or champagne as standard? Then we have the tastiest NYE cocktails for you.
1. Cotton candy cocktail
We’ll start with the easiest: all you need is champagne or cava and cotton candy.
This is how you make it
-
Divide the champagne or cava over beautiful champagne coupes.
-
Place a piece of cotton candy over the edge.
-
Let your guests put the cotton candy in it and admire the melting effect.
-
Bonus tip: put some edible glitter in the cotton candy and fold the strand closed: this will melt the cotton candy into the drink, filling it with festive glitter!
2. Pear-honey cava
A glass of cava, but just a little tastier: with pear and honey! This is also simple to make, so you won’t have to spend a lot of time on it.
What do you need? (for 4 persons)
-
8 tablespoons pear juice
-
1 bottle of cava
-
4 teaspoons of honey
-
pinch of cinnamon
This is how you make it
-
Divide the pear juice among four glasses and spoon one teaspoon of honey per glass. Add a pinch of cinnamon and mix it with a spoon.
-
Fill the glasses with cava.
-
Garnish each glass with a thin slice of pear and possibly a little cinnamon.
