Making cheesecake
Do you have spontaneous visitors or do you just want to throw together an easy birthday cake? A cheesecake is your best friend. Especially in the summer, because such a cake is of course super fresh. Another plus: there is a big chance that you already have all the ingredients at home, so you can most likely get started right away. We’ve got a cake to bake!
Ingredients for a healthy yogurt cake
Ah, finally a delicious, creamy cake without too much fuss. This yoghurt cake has only three ingredients. Do you have them at home yet?
- 5 eggs
- 500 grams Greek yogurt
- 50 grams of cornstarch
How to make the cheesecake
1. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Then beat the eggs in a large bowl.
3. Then add the Greek yogurt to the beaten eggs and mix until smooth.
4. Now it’s time for the cornstarch! Sift the 50 grams and then add it to the egg-yogurt mixture. Mix again until you have a nice and smooth batter without lumps.
5. Grease a cake or pie tin well and pour the batter into it. Then smooth the top.
6. When you are satisfied, bake the yoghurt cake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
7. Let the yoghurt cake cool slightly before removing it from the tin.
7. Garnish the yoghurt cake with fruit, chocolate pieces or whipped cream, cut off a nice point and serve. Enjoy!
