The superstar is back!
Good news for all Jennifer Lopez fans! The singer announces that she will release music again after a long time. In February we can expect a new album and a real feature film about the greatness.

We made a small jump when we heard that our all-time favorite has entered the studio again. Jennifer’s brand new album called This Is Me… Now will be released on February 16. The name of the album is inspired by JLo’s album ‘This Is Me… Then’, which was released in 2002. A wonderful way for fans to celebrate her music again, fast forward for quite some time! The album was written and produced by the singer herself, together with producer Rogét Chahayed, among others.
Although fans will still have to be patient before they can put the new album on repeat, a preview will be released on January 10. Then the first song of the album ‘Can’t Get Enough’ is released, and we hope that title is a precursor for the whole album!
Movie
Yet the album is not the only thing we are treated to after a long time of radio silence. On the same day that the album is released, a real film about the singer, called ‘This is Me…Now: The Film’, will also be released on the streaming service Prime Video. This is inspired by the music from her new album, but is also about the love life of the singer, who is of course married to her great love Ben Affleck. Directed by Dave Meyers, the film is being released worldwide and promises to be an extravagant visual and musical feast with impressive choreography, star cameos, costumes, sets and blockbuster-worthy visuals. We are curious!
