While juice queen Yvonne Coldeweijer normally shares news about others on her Instagram, she shared a Reel about herself yesterday. Not about her relationship, not about her child, but about her body: she has lost 22 kilos in 8 weeks. In the Reel she explains how she did this.

Yvonne Coldeweijer lost weight
Last year, on December 8, Yvonne became a mother for the first time to a son, Ted. In her new Reel on Instagram, the juice queen shares that she gained 22 kilos during this pregnancy. Even though Yvonne thinks that a lot of those 22 kilos were fluid, she wanted to lose weight again after giving birth. She says that she lost half her weight within a few days. “I already lost ten kilos in the first three days, but after that you really have to do it yourself,” she says.
Intermittent fasting
Yvonne not only explains that she has lost weight, but also how she did it. The trick for her was intermittent fasting. “I was so hard on myself. I was only allowed to eat six hours a day,” says Yvonne. “I would get up at six o’clock and this would go on until twelve o’clock in the afternoon. This was pretty intense,” she says.
Criticism
Yvonne was, as is often the case, criticized for her way of losing weight. She didn’t care about this. “I was really fat. My whole face had changed,” she says. However, she does say that not everyone should also apply the rules she applied and lose weight so quickly after their pregnancy. We completely agree with that! She continues: “Believe me, if you no longer look like yourself and you no longer fit your own shoes, you will feel really miserable.” She also received comments in the comments (which she has since turned off) such as “Samantha entered the chat.”
