In the latest episode of Buying Without Looking we see Martijn and Boy who are looking for a house. Martijn Krabbé and his team do everything they can to meet the couple’s wishes, but viewers are disappointed that they do not respond enthusiastically at all.
Martijn and Boy in Buying Without Looking
Martijn and Boy want to move from Utrecht to Deventer, but that is more difficult than expected. They have huge doubts about various things and they absolutely do not like doing odd jobs. That is why they call in the Buy Without Looking team. When real estate agent Alex van Keulen sees the couple’s wish list, he is shocked. The couple wants, among other things, a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood. They want a driveway large enough for two cars, the house must be sustainable and must have three bedrooms. All this for a budget of 440,000 euros. Alex says that this wish list is not realistic and that they have to adjust the wishes.
House in Deventer
Despite the couple’s wish list, Bob Sikkes and Alex still manage to buy a nice house for the couple in Deventer. The house has three rooms, an attic and a garden to the south. Still, the house is not to the taste of the gentlemen, but they are open to living here. Alex purchased the house for 410,000 euros and Martijn and Boy are making an additional 10,000 euros available to make the house completely to your taste.
Not enthusiastic
Bob, Alex and Roos are very enthusiastic about their approach and how the house has turned out. Martijn and Boy, on the other hand, have to get used to their new house if they are allowed to view it. Viewers are very disturbed by this and miss a lot of enthusiasm from the couple.
