“My father just passed away, but my daughter is named after him,” the Deadpool actor explained on the TV show “Good Morning Britain” after the daughter’s birth. James is usually a common boy’s name in English-speaking countries. “In the spectrum of strange baby names for celebrities, I don’t really feel like we’re breaking new ground here. I didn’t name her Summer Squash Meadowlark,” said the Canadian, justifying the choice of name.
The father of four really thrives in his role as a father. “For me, taking them to and from school is the best part of my day,” he told People. The 47-year-old also talks to his daughters about everything: “I’m serious when I say that I’m very interested in their days and how things are going.”
