Once again we have a beautiful royal week. First of all, Finland’s state visit to Sweden, where we saw the Swedish Royals in gala and tiaras. A new portrait of the Danish King Frederik and Queen Mary was released. And in our own country it was time for the recording of the King’s Day concert, for the King’s Games and tomorrow for King’s Day! That will be enjoyable!
We are so curious to see what the queen and all the princesses are wearing. It’s wonderful that there are always so many princesses at King’s Day. THE detective moment of the year for Josine and me. Full of adrenaline, we wait for the first images and look behind our screen for clothes, often with the help of a number of other people. In the MKM team group app we text a lot in between. Could it be this one? Hm, no, just slightly different. Until we have the outfit, which fortunately usually works. In between we quickly eat a tompouce (Orange of course!) and I drink a lot of coffee. If it looks like this at our house, then it’s King’s Day for us! Do we enjoy that? Yes, for the full 100% ;).

In the Netherlands, the royal week started with the King’s Day concert. Máxima surprised us with a bright yellow top.

Princess Beatrix, Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien were also there. The latter wore a trendy blouse on a special skirt.

Josine continued on from last week’s state visit week and, based on Letizia’s Dutch outfit, looked at foreign Royals in Dutch fashion. We can be proud of ‘our’ Dutch designers!
