It’s almost time: Christmas Eve is just around the corner. And of course that also includes a festive dessert. That’s why we’re sharing a delicious ending to dinner with you today: this tiramisu with gingerbread nuts.
Tiramisu with gingerbread nuts
Tiramisu is an extremely popular dessert and we understand why. We can’t get enough of it. The nice thing about this dessert is that you can make many different variations. A tiramisu with gingerbread nuts should therefore not be missed on December 5.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 250 grams of whipped cream
- 250 grams mascarpone
- 250 grams of gingerbread nuts
- 300 ml chocolate milk
- 1 teaspoon speculaas spices
- Dark chocolate
This is how you make the tiramisu with gingerbread nuts
- Take a bowl and beat the whipped cream with the sugar until stiff. Here you also add the mascarpone and cookie spices and mix them together.
- Now use a bowl to put the chocolate milk in it. Now briefly dip the gingerbread nuts in this and then place them in a bowl to fill the bottom.
- Now spoon half of the mascarpone with whipped cream over the gingerbread nuts and grate some of the dark chocolate.
- Now repeat steps two and three again to create the second layer.
- Add some gingerbread nuts to the edge of the bowl and let the tiramisu rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Happy Christmas Eve!
