Chantal Janzen has been happy with her great love Marco Geeratz for years, but back in the days there was another man who caught her attention. The presenter tells in &C which celebrity she had a crush on in her teenage years.

As a teenager, Chantal had a crush on none other than Joep Sertons. We now know the now 64-year-old actor from Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden, but of course he has many more roles to his name. When Chantal first saw him, he was starring in the Spijkerhoek series. She says that the actor ‘aroused certain feelings in her as a girl’. “I think I was thirteen or fourteen years old and I found it very interesting when he came into the picture,” she writes in the magazine.
Joep is not the only actor that Chantal had a crush on. She also had a secret crush on Marc Klein Essink (Medisch Centrum West), John Stamos (Full House) and Joseph C. Phillips (The Cosby Show).
Taste changed
Who also attracted Chantal’s attention in the past is singer Glenn Medeiros. Maybe the name doesn’t immediately mean anything to you, but you undoubtedly know the song Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You – and that is his. Yet she would no longer look back when the singer walked past. “I recently googled him again to see what he looks like now. I can say: something has definitely changed in my love for him, because he is no longer the type that triggers something in me,” she jokes.
Bassie and Adriaan
Finally, Chantal opens a little book about the crushes of her friends. In their teenage years, one of her friends had a very special crush. At the time, she was crazy about none other than Adriaan (Aad van Toor) from the series Bassie and Adriaan. Ha!
