In 2016, Chanel released its iconic fragrance N°5 L’EAU. A special perfume by Chanel’s house perfumer Olivier Polge. Does his name sound very familiar to you? That may be true, since Olivier is also the nose behind the popular fragrances Misia, Boy and Chanel’s men’s fragrance BLEU DE CHANEL.
N°5 L’EAU is a fresh floral fragrance with notes of citrus, jasmine, rose, ylang ylang, vetiver and cedar wood. This fine scent has been in the same bottle for years, but Chanel is now changing that with its limited edition…
New jacket
When you look at the bottle of the limited edition of No 5 L’Eau, you immediately notice something. This time, for the first time, the perfume is not in the historic Chanel bottle, but the perfume bottle is in the shape of a drop.
Wonderful scent
The bottle may be different, but the scent remains familiar and delicious. The perfume contains notes such as lemon, neroli, mandarin, bergamot, orange, lime, jasmine, rose, white musk and cedar. The many citrus notes make the scent nice and fresh, and the floral notes give it a sweet hint. Delicious!
