He’s taking a stand! Phillip Mandla tried his luck as a seducer on this year’s season of Temptation Island VIP. While he kept a low profile on the show, the former Make Love, Fake Love candidate continued lively after the show. Jana-Maria Herz (31) revealed that she had sex with the Saarlander. How this came about is revealed Philip now in a statement.
In an Instagram video he explains that he quickly realized that there was an attraction between him and Umut Tekin’s ex (26). The first contact came from him: “After the show I wrote to Jana, I wanted to be there for her. We started writing.” The first meeting took place three weeks after the shooting and they got closer that weekend. At that point I did Philip noticed that he had a lot of feelings for the 31-year-old: “You could tell that something was developing. […] The interest is getting bigger and bigger.”
But it remained just a flirt. Because Jana Maria runs a boutique in Marbella, while Philip lives in Germany. The great distance quickly became noticeable: “Communication is not what it used to be. We never really communicated with each other.” The two broke up without a fight and still get along well.
