Today Queen Máxima attended the five-year anniversary of SchuldenlabNL. A very generous dress came into view.
The SchuldenlabNL Foundation aims to make the Netherlands debt-free. To this end, it works together with public and private partners, including ministries, provinces, municipalities, the tax authorities, insurance companies, energy companies, housing associations and bailiff’s offices.
Queen Máxima attended the plenary program, which, in addition to a brief retrospective, looked ahead to new initiatives that promote financial health. In addition to solving problematic debts, it is important that people can build up a financial buffer by saving. Prior to the plenary meeting, Queen Máxima attended two ‘pressure cooker’ sessions on different forms of savings. Both in the Netherlands and in her work for the United Nations, Queen Máxima advocates taking financial health as a starting point for developing financial products, services and policies, so that they can contribute to financial resilience.
Fashion
I already wrote it in the headline: the dress that Máxima wore today also hangs in the closet of Princess Mette-Marit and Princess Mary. It is a bright red dress made of stretch Cady, which is decorated with stitching in burgundy red.

It is the fourth time that we see Máxima wearing the garment. She previously paired it with a purple hat.
