The housewife looks back on the adventure on Instagram.
Until recently, Maria Tailor remained the only woman in the new season of Special Forces VIPS. In the most recent episode, she had to hand in her tape at the last minute, just before the final. Yet the housewife has come very far and has proven how tough she actually is. On Instagram she looks back on the grueling adventure.

At the beginning of the final episode of Special Forces VIPS, there were four candidates left. Demy, Merlijn and Ayoub were allowed to start the final. The curtain fell for Maria just before the finish line. The staff asked her to hand in her tire, ending the adventure. Although the last part of the program might be too physically demanding for Maria, the staff has enormous admiration and great respect for what she has shown in the program. And we completely agree with that!
Extremely demanding
Maria looks back on the adventure on Instagram. “Learned so much, fought so hard. Never before have I gone so deep and pushed my body to the limit,” she begins. “We went home completely battered but with a very proud feeling. A lot of respect for everyone who has ever participated in this and for the staff. We have learned so much from each other and will hopefully remain in each other’s lives for a long time,” said the housewife.
Perseverance
“Everyone around me already knew this side of me, but I understand that I have surprised many with my attitude and perseverance,” Maria continues. “Even receiving messages that I have inspired people. That’s a dream come true for me. Hopefully I have been able to show that your mind can be stronger than your body. And that with a strong will you can go further than you expect,” she explains. “By not giving up, continuing and not stopping. Step by step you will progress towards your goal.”
“My past has made me and by actually having no choice but to take care of myself and persevere, I have found a way for myself to get through stressful situations. Learned to switch gears after a nasty situation and with a lot of humor I pull myself through everything.”

Pride
The comments under her post show that many friends, colleagues and followers are extremely proud of her achievement. “Soooo Bam Bam! Was so cool getting to know you a little better. On top of a mountain, in the night, starry sky, lots of walking laps together around our sleeping place. The zombie walk forever. A star and a fighter for real,” responds fellow candidate London Loy.
Other Real Housewives also make themselves heard. “Proud of my size,” writes Tamara Elbaz. And “so much respect, but you know that,” says Michella Kox. Well done, Maria!
