Things haven’t been going so well lately for sexologist Eveline Stallaart, who you may of course know from the Married at First Sight program. Eveline was recently hospitalized and ‘completely disappeared from the radar’ for a while.
Severe pneumonia for Eveline Stallaart
The sexologist ended up in hospital due to a ‘severe pneumonia’ and was forced to take a rest.
A hard emergency stop
Fortunately, Eveline is back and shares with her followers why she has been so absent lately. “You may have noticed that I was off the radar for a while. The pass to the place that I recently indicated that I had to make came a bit too late. I fell from one illness to the next, with pneumonia as the end result,” she wrote in one post. number of photos, including a selfie from the hospital bed. “A hard emergency stop for my body. Then I had to do nothing but rest for 2.5 weeks, I literally couldn’t do anything else, my body took care of that.”
Hard school
Although it is of course not fun to get so sick that you end up in the hospital, the sexologist still manages to get something positive out of her experience. She even describes her pneumonia as a tough lesson. She promises to listen better to her own body and say ‘no’ more often. Now that Eveline is better again, she is looking forward to going back to work and helping people with their problems. But, “I’m going to slowly build up my work. I will return to the world fresh and fruity, with extra wise lessons under my belt and ready to help people.”

Married at First Sight
Even though the previous season of Married at First Sight has been over for a while, the program remains a true sensation. The backstage gossip about the matchmaking system caused quite a stir. It even became so intense that experts Patrick van Veen and Radboud Visser decided to throw in the towel and no longer participate in the program. How Married at First Sight will continue without these experts is still a big mystery. But one thing is certain: Eveline is eager to get back to work and use her expertise for the new participants.
