A few years ago, Amber and Barnett, among others, got engaged without having seen each other before and are still married and happy today. But the experiment doesn’t always end well. A candidate is now accusing her ex-fiancé of abuse!
It’s about Renee and Carter, who took part in the fifth season. Their story was never shown on the show, although they actually got engaged and were in Mexico with the other couples. The reason for this was said to be frightening. The US Sun has documents in which the blonde accuses the producers of knowingly casting a mentally unstable participant – Carter. He is said to have lied to her from the start. He is said to be unemployed, addicted to drugs and alcohol, homeless and violent.
Renee says they should have found this all out through a background check. Even though she was afraid of Carter, producers allegedly forced her to film with him and even left her alone with him. When she wanted to drop out, the team is said to have threatened her with legal action. When she then drove with him to his family in Texas, production allegedly warned her to keep him away from weapons.
