While she enjoyed her entire wedding day, one moment in particular stands out in her memory: “When we jumped into the pool at the celebration,” she tells Elite Daily. Because of all the dancing, she and her newlywed husband got so hot that jumping into the cool water seemed like a welcome way to cool off. “Then we just jumped in and it was very funny because so many people were jumping after us in their fancy clothes. That was the most romantic moment for me. It was so spontaneous and felt like a movie,” Joey enthuses.
However, the fact that her dress got wet from jumping into the water shouldn’t have been a problem. In the wedding photos available to Vogue, you can see that Joey wore two different outfits on her big day: a strapless princess dress decorated with round leaves and a short robe trimmed with lace.
