Lola Weippert (27) makes a diagnosis public. The presenter is actually known from TV – she has hosted Temptation Island and its offshoot Temptation Island VIP for a long time. The beauty is also active as an influencer and regularly shares insights from her life. She also doesn’t stop at personal things. Now Lola is making it public that she has been diagnosed with ADHD.
“I’ll have a diagnosis for Christmas,” jokes Lola on Instagram. The 27-year-old took a test and was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. “Now I have it in black and white: I have ADHD. It surprises us all now, I know,” she writes in a video in which she receives the diagnosis. She’s had this suspicion for a while, which is why she’s not particularly shocked.
Lola sees the whole thing positively. “Because I have the great privilege of having a job in which I can make wonderful use of my ADHD, my hyperactivity, my motor, my madness,” explains the radio presenter. She now wants to be more kind to herself because she knows that there are some things she simply can’t do. “Personally, I don’t see ADHD as an illness, I see it as my superpower. Because I’m sure: I’m only where I am today because of exactly this crazy madness in my head,” she concludes.
