She shops everywhere and nowhere. When Máxima appears on the carpet again with new glitter in her ears, an extensive search begins. The gray pearl earrings were finally completed two years later.
Before you wonder what this is about, let me show you some pictures. These are gray flower earrings with Swarovski, small pearls and a large gray pearl as an eye-catcher. They first appeared during a working visit on February 23, 2022.
They came into the picture on November 3, 2022 during a working visit to Emmeloord.
On November 23, 2022 I saw them with my own eyes during Máxima’s visit to MUD Jeans.
And they also turned up yesterday, during the working visit to JoJo in Sassenheim. (I think this is a very sweet photo of Máxima, but that’s besides the point.)
Because razor-sharp close-ups of the earrings appeared yesterday, I was finally able to determine the material and conduct a thorough search. During my search I came across the Spanish jewelry brand Dublos, from which Princess Laurentien also has earrings. And yes, there they were! Model Fiësta, or party. Available in pink, green, red, blue, mother of pearl and also in gray. Price tag: 210 euros.
How Máxima ended up at Dublos? I suspect via Manuel Opdenakker, a jewelry store with which fashion house Natan works closely. Although Dublos is not mentioned on the Opdenakker website, I recognize several models of the Spanish brand on the social media pages.
