Kourtney Kardashian exercises seven weeks after giving birth

She’s training again! Kourtney Kardashian (44) couldn’t be happier right now. The TV celebrity went to the altar with Travis Barker (48) in 2022. Last month, the entrepreneur and the musician welcomed their first son, Rocky Thirteen, into the world. Around seven weeks after giving birth, the new mom apparently wants to get fitter again: Kourtney goes to the gym!

In her Instagram story, she shares a clip that shows her running on the treadmill. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star writes: “Seven weeks after giving birth: First day in the gym. 30 minutes of running […] very slowly.” It is also important to the mother of four to encourage other women. “No rush, no pressure, moms. Your body is healing. This is not a race,” she clarifies.

Just a few days ago, Travis showed how the lovebirds include their son in their annual Christmas tradition: He posted a photo of a large gingerbread house in his Instagram story. On it were the names of the couple as well as those of their seven children – including the newest addition to the family, Rocky.
