Endgame author Omid Scobie has revealed on James O’Brien’s podcast ‘Full Disclosure’ that he used to go to the club with Prince William and his sweetheart Kate. When the author of the long-awaited book full of revealing royal stories lived in London, he regularly visited the nightclubs with the royal highnesses.

Where Scobie and the royals often put on a show? Boujis of course! Boujis was a trendy club in South Kensington that was hugely popular among young royals in the early 2000s. The club has been closed for almost ten years now. About his party past, Scobie says in the podcast: “I was very busy going out and partying with my friends and that overlapped with the royals. Because when I went to the club, Prince Harry was there, Kate was there and William was there.” He can still remember that there was also a major disadvantage to the presence of the British Highnesses. “The VIP area was then closed,” he says in the podcast. But even though this was sometimes annoying, everything turned out well for Omid in the end. The contacts he made in the nightlife have helped him enormously during his career as a journalist.
