It’s NLdoet again, or the Oranje Fonds volunteer weekend. The royal couple went into the kitchen and Princess Beatrix fed sheep.
In Badhoevedorp, Willem-Alexander and Máxima helped with a high tea for vulnerable local residents. Together with volunteers, they went into the kitchen to make snacks and then serve them. They talked to the participants at the table.
In recent weeks, many nice images have emerged of royal contact with the public. Today it happened again.
Of course, the royal couple was asked about the postponed state visit. Or can we say: the canceled state visit? King Willem-Alexander indicated that he did not know the reason and hoped for more clarity. Queen Máxima indicated that her suitcases were already packed and that if such a message comes from Vietnam, you have to respect that. So much for the cancel soap. To be continued!

In terms of fashion, Máxima opted for a yellow turtleneck and trousers from Max Mara. Her cheerful floral cloak was purchased from Oscar de la Renta.
Princess Beatrix
Our former queen went to work in Utrecht. I was there and saw her feeding, sowing and pickling at an urban farm. When I say that all kinds of things happened, that is not an exaggeration.
