Something that is extra special this time, as this is the first photo that Kensington Palace has shared of the princess since her abdominal surgery in January.

Abdominal surgery
The Princess of Wales was admitted to the London Clinic in mid-January for a planned abdominal operation. Kensington Palace said in a statement at the time that the operation was successful and that Kate would remain in hospital for ten to fourteen days.
