Are you also a fan of series, but you don’t really know what you like and which ones are available? We have seven different types of series for you here, all of which can be seen on Netflix.
1. Knokke Off
This series is really wonderful to watch. A lot happens, but it is clear to follow. The lives of a number of wealthy children are followed. Suddenly a new boy comes to live. The rich group thinks he doesn’t belong here in the chic Belgian town of Knokke, so they try to make his life miserable. Later they find out that he is actually quite fine, and they spend the summer with a large group. But there is more to this beautiful, carefree life than it seems.
2. Ginny and Georgia
Young mother Georgia and her two children move to a new city to make a fresh start. The not-so-innocent Georgia has done some things in the past that she needs to put behind her. Yet her past continues to haunt her mind, and this has a great influence on her and those around her. Ginny struggles a lot with the behavior of her mother and herself, and sometimes has the tendency to hurt herself. In this romantic drama series you will see everything about culture, love, friendship and the life of a teenager.
3. Outer banks
A group of local, poor teenagers go to the Outer Banks of North Carolina for vacation. The group is also known as ‘Pogues’. They are ridiculed by the large group of Kooks. These are the rich people of the country. Pogue John B’s father disappears, and he discovers there is more to this than he is told. Together with his group of friends, they go looking for a legendary treasure that has something to do with his father. During this hunt, the group encounters many obstacles.
4.You
In this exciting drama series, professional stalker Joe is always focused on his target. A dangerous, obsessed young man takes extreme measures to gain a place in the life of the person he has his eye on. Once he has a target, he will do anything for that person. He eliminates everything and everyone that gets in his way to achieving his goal. Everything is seen from Joe’s perspective. This series is based on a book.
5.Sex education
This British drama series is about the sexual development of teenagers. The life of the son of an open-minded sex therapist is followed. He is completely inexperienced, but with the help of his friends, he sets up a secret sex therapy group for students. Many different experiences and problems are discussed in this series. This can be about doubts, relationships and sexual questions.
6. Elite
Samuel, Nadia and Christian, three working-class students, are offered a scholarship to an elite school. Las Encinas, the most exclusive private school in Spain. Their school collapsed due to a construction error. The rich kids would rather have them gone, and therefore blame the new students for every mishap. Relationships and friendships soon develop between the rich and poor students, which causes a lot of envy. Soon it is seen that Marina, the sister of the rich Guzman, has been murdered. This happened at a big party at school. Everyone in the group is suspected, so everyone is interrogated.
7. Stranger things
This science fiction drama series is super exciting. When 12-year-old Will goes for a bike ride in 1983, he mysteriously disappears. His friends get on their bikes to find out what happened, and this search literally turns their world upside down. Will’s mother appears to keep in touch with him through the wall, but of course no one believes anything about this. Until one day they meet Eleven, a mysterious and lost girl. She turns out to have powers that are stronger than an army combined. Together they discover another dangerous dimension. ‘The upside down’. In each episode of this series you discover more and more about this creepy upside-down world.
