It didn’t take long on Instagram for the royal family to congratulate the woman who will one day be royal wife. “We wish the Princess of Wales a happy birthday,” reads a short post. The British Royal Palace shares a snapshot of Kate beaming with Prince Edward (59), Queen Camilla (76) and King Charles III. (75) on his coronation day last May.
Kate is said to want to celebrate her birthday in a relaxed manner. A source told the Daily Mail: “They’ll be at Windsor Castle because the kids are going back to school soon, so it’ll just be the family celebrating with Kate.” But that’s exactly how it should be perfect for the royal trendsetter.
