Whether Princess Kate is dressed up for a state visit or is standing with both feet in the mud during a regional visit, we have never caught her having a bad hair day. It is therefore no wonder that many people look with envy at the princess’s perfectly coiffed locks. But guess what? According to Kate’s hairdresser, there is a simple and affordable trick for that soft, radiant look!

Voluminous, shiny and healthy… Wherever Kate is spotted, her locks are always perfectly styled. She certainly has good genes, but the beautiful princess also gets a helping hand. The British royal has access to a team of hair stylists and hairdressers and the most luxurious products at her disposal. You would think that Kate only uses the crème de la crème for her famous locks, but nothing could be further from the truth!
Kate has reportedly been going to the same hairdresser since she was a student. “She’s still the same person as the student who walked into the salon 10 years ago,” hairstylist Richard Ward told People Magazine. The Princess of Wales has remained loyal to her hairstylist, even having him do her bridal hair a decade ago.
A bargain!
It doesn’t have to be that complicated. Richard reveals the secret to Kate’s hair: a hairbrush. Better yet: a very affordable hairbrush. The Duchess uses the Tangle Angel, which you can buy online for around 15 euros. “The brush nourishes the hair and provides more volume,” says Richard. Another secret behind Kate’s beautiful locks, according to the top hairdresser, is argan oil.
“This will give your hair shine. Apply argan oil to your hands and then apply the product evenly to your hair.” A bottle of quality argan oil is a bit more expensive, but totally worth it, if we are to believe Kate’s hairdresser.
