It’s winter white!
When the days get colder and darker, pulling out a white ensemble is probably not the first thing you think of. Yet it is very trendy to wear the shade even in the coldest season of the year. For example, the royal ladies below all appeared on the scene last week in the color of snow!
Kate Middleton
The Princess of Wales made a stunning appearance during a state dinner in London in honor of the South Korean president and his first lady. Kate looked like a future queen in a white ‘Anemone’ dress from one of her beloved designers Jenny Packham. The long, fitted dress has beautiful beaded draped sleeves that give the illusion of a cape.
In addition to the jaw-dropping dress, Kate wore the Strathmore Rose tiara this evening, a special piece that belonged to the late Queen Elizabeth. Charming!
Queen Letizia
Queen Letizia of Spain attended the 2023 Francisco Cerecedo Journalism Award in Madrid to present the 40th annual prestigious award. And she did so in an all-white wool suit! Picture, right? The slim-fit suit is from Hugo Boss and features a fitted tuxedo-style jacket and matching pleated straight-leg trousers.
She shows us how to wear a tailored suit during the festive season! She paired the classic two-piece outfit with a white satin top with lace, gold slingbacks and a matching clutch from Spanish label Magrit.
Meghan Markle
Meghan visited the Justice for Girls charity during her layover in Vancouver last week. The Duchess paraded around in a stunning white monochrome outfit. She paired Ralph Lauren’s ‘Charmaine’ silk wide leg trousers with a simple long-sleeved top. She completed her look with beautiful jewelry worth a whopping $80,000. The statement piece of her outfit, however, was the gold Cartier watch on her wrist, which was previously owned by her mother-in-law, the late Princess Diana. Her long, dark locks were perfectly styled in beachy waves, combined with a subtle make-up look.
