King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and Princess Beatrix attended the presentation of the Four Freedoms Awards this morning. Prime Minister Mark Rutte presented the International Four Freedoms Award to Save Ukraine, a charity committed to returning kidnapped Ukrainian children from Russia and occupied territories to Ukraine.
