Looking for a tasty mocktail? You will want to try this alcohol-free rosé spritzer

Fancy a fresh, delicious mocktail? How about an alcohol-free rosé spritzer? You can easily survive the hot summer days with this cooling drink and it is also simple to make. We know what we’re drinking this weekend.

What do you need?

  • 180 ml sparkling water (more is allowed, whatever you like)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rose water (optional)
  • Few drops of blood orange or pomegranate juice for color (optional)
  • Garnish: fresh roses (optional) and a slice of blood orange

How do you make an alcohol-free rosé spritzer?

  • Mix the lemon juice, rose water, honey, blood orange juice (or pomegranate juice) in a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake the contents of the cocktail shaker well until everything is well mixed.
  • Strain the contents into a glass.
  • Add the sparkling water.
  • Finish it off by adding a few fresh roses and a slice of blood orange. The eye wants something too. Time to take a sip!
