Yasin (32) and Samira Cilingir are currently going through a difficult phase. A few weeks ago, the former Love Island participant announced that he and his wife Samira take a break from the relationship. Since they don’t want to argue in front of their two children, the two think this is the best solution. So far there appear to have been no further attempts at rapprochement. “I would like it to only continue once we’ve actually said everything. So far it hasn’t really happened because we were very busy with my parents,” emphasizes the 32-year-old in his Instagram story. It wouldn’t do any good if they simply left everything behind without really working on themselves and their relationship: “It would fall apart again in three months. That’s why we’re taking the time, even if it takes longer.” The reality TV star does not reveal exactly how long they are aiming for.
Yasin and Samira had already tried to work on their marriage with the help of a couples therapist – the sessions also helped them. But the therapist recently died. After that, the couple didn’t look for a new contact person. “After that, step by step, we lost sight of each other because we didn’t keep looking for one another. Even the appreciation for each other slowly disappeared,” explains the father of two.
