If you take a closer look at the 33-year-old’s Instagram profile, one thing in particular stands out: Sami hardly shares content with his fans on a regular basis anymore. This month the influencer has only posted one post – this is a paid advertising partnership. Before that, he occasionally posted a few selfies of himself with motivational sayings such as “The most beautiful things in life are free” or “Unleash your superpower and own the moment.”
Things look even bleaker on Sami’s once active YouTube channel. A year ago, the web star last revealed that he was suffering from depression and wanted to change his career. “I’m always known for being positive, but appearances were really deceiving,” he wrote. Things have been anything but good for him in the past few years: “I’ve made important decisions to make myself feel better mentally.”
