Glamial’s Weekend Tips

Nice weekend!

It’s still very cold outside, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to do this weekend! Whether you want to go out or prefer to stay indoors all day: you are guaranteed to find something fun among these weekend tips.

Sipping cocktails at cocktail bar L’Antiquario

Have you always wanted to drink cocktails from L’Antiquario in Napoli (number 44 in the World’s 50 Best Bars list)? Here’s your chance. The iconic cocktail bar will be in hotel room 124 of The Hoxton for three evenings. Bartender and co-owner Alex Frezza does this with verve. Together with bar manager Craig Nugent, he lets you taste the tastiest cocktails in a hotel room that has been transformed into a copy of his business in Napoli. Make a reservation in advance, you can do this in the system of Lotti’s, the restaurant of The Hoxton.

Visit La Galerie Dior

Do you happen to have a city trip to Paris planned? Then it is definitely a good idea to visit La Galerie Dior there. Until May you can see an exhibition there celebrating the work of Dior, Maria Grazia Chiuri and a variety of female artists. Women highlighted during this exhibition include Elina Chauvet, Yuriko Takagi and Brigitte Niedermair.

Eat at The Seafood Bar

We love The Seafood Bar and are a huge fan of their newest branch in a very spectacular location: the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam. Enjoying fruits de mer, vongole in white wine or a good old fish & chips under the beautiful vaults of the former stock exchange building, who wouldn’t want that? Exactly, book that table quickly!

On Prime Video you can now watch the third season of Court Cam, the romantic film intolerable Cruelty, the comedy Sisters and the romantic film Notting Hill.
