But now there is new news that is extremely worrying. Stephen and his wife were woken up by the police at night.
Bild reports that eight police officers and an ambulance were at the actors’ front door from Monday to Tuesday. Catherine and Stephen were woken from their sleep when they saw what was happening. “I was asked if everything was OK and if my wife was at home. An alarm had come in at the station,” explained the father of two. Stephen I was extremely upset by the exceptional situation, as he revealed: “I was completely thrown off my feet, my hand was shaking slightly. Nothing had happened to us. Our girls were finally awake too.”
A police spokesman explained to Bild how this happened: “The police received a tip-off about a dangerous bodily harm in the street. As part of further investigations, it turned out that no such act apparently took place and the police were improperly alerted had been.” It is therefore assumed that it was an extremely malicious prank.
