After work or on a Friday afternoon, catch up while enjoying a drink. We love a good drink, and that of course includes snacks. Don’t eat meat, but do you want to serve a killer snack board? That’s possible! In addition to baguette, crackers and fruit, these delicious bites should not be missed. Choose a few of these snacks for a delicious vegetarian snack.
1. Garlic mushrooms
So simple, so delicious. You can put these garlic mushrooms on the table in just fifteen minutes and they are guaranteed to be delicious.
2. Meatballs with spinach, garlic and cheese
Vegetables, cheese and a bite: that sounds perfect if you ask us! These spinach balls are ideal for a snack board. Would you rather not use real cheese? Then you can of course opt for a vegetarian or vegan alternative.
3. Puff pastry snacks with balsamic vinegar, green asparagus, honey and brie
Brie, honey and green asparagus, all wrapped in a delicious puff pastry parcel. This also looks fancy!
4. Grilled pesto pepper rolls with walnuts
For these snacks you only need walnuts, pesto, arugula, ricotta, two peppers and a little olive oil. It tastes delicious and it also brightens up your drinks board.
5. Taquitos with avocado and honey-feta dip
We’re getting hungry just looking at this photo. Do you really want to impress your guests? Then make these delicious taquitos!
6. Dates with monchou
Would you like a sweeter snack for a change? Then place stuffed dates with monchou, chives and walnuts on the table. Delicious!
7. Various spreads
A good snack board naturally includes various spreads and dips. You can of course serve the standard tapenade, but try something different. For example, think of sun-dried tomato spread with parsley, basil-garlic spread or spinach-feta hummus.
