No tickets? No problem!
Next Thursday, the largest pub in the Netherlands will open its doors again in Ahoy Rotterdam. Yes, of course we are talking about The Friends of Amstel Live. If you weren’t able to get tickets, we have very good news! This year you can follow the show via no fewer than three (!) different live streams on Videoland. This way you don’t have to miss a moment of the musical spectacle.
Old and new friends
New faces, friends from the past and regulars: the program of the 26th edition of De Vrienden van Amstel Live once again brings together a wonderful mix of artists. Regular names such as Guus Meeuwis, Rowwen Hèze and Acda en de Munnik are of course present, but there are also a striking number of debutants. It will be the first time for Son Mieux, Zoë Tauran, Bizzey, La Fuente, Claude and Meau to perform at VVAL.
Other special acts include Clouseau, who returns to the stage in Ahoy after more than 20 years. It has also been more than ten years for The Opposites since they performed with ‘the friends’. The line-up also consists of Suzan & Freek, DI-RECT, Flemming, Snelle, Ronnie Flex, VanVelzen, Duncan Laurence, S10 and Joshua Nolet. This year, for the first time, the presentation will be in the hands of Kraantje Pappie, who will be assisted by Nick Schilder.
Party in the living room
After hearing this line-up, are you even more disappointed that you don’t have tickets for the show? Don’t worry, because thanks to Videoland you can experience The Friends Van Amstel Live 2024 from home via a livestream. On Friday, January 19 (mark it in your calendar!) from 7:30 PM, VVAL can be streamed exclusively at Videoland from your own living room. Extra special this year is that there are no fewer than three live streams. This means you won’t have to miss a single moment, both on stage and backstage.
Three live streams
From 7:30 PM you can see the support act with Kraantje Pappie and Marieke Elsinga backstage on all three streams. The duo will of course also explain what can be seen on the different streams, so that you can choose what to watch. Moreover, you can simply change the streams during the show, so you can experience De Vrienden van Amstel in a special and unique way.
From 8 p.m. you can choose from the following options:
- Stream 1 – Live registration of ‘De Vrienden van Amstel LIVE’
- Stream 2 – Backstage experience of the concert with Marieke Elsinga.
- Stream 3 – Extra stream with bonus material from the concert that you cannot see anywhere else.
From 11:20 PM you can watch the ‘after party’ on all three streams to extend the ultimate pub feeling at home. Time to gather your friends for a party in your own home pub!
