Prince Harry (39) wants his children to be able to see their grandpa! The British royal currently has a tense relationship with his father King Charles (75). Even though the monarch supposedly wants more contact with his son again, he still lives in the USA with his wife and children. Charles will especially miss his two grandchildren. And Harry isn’t exactly happy either that his children have only been able to meet their grandfather a few times so far.
At least that’s what journalist Omid Scobie thinks. He tells GB News that Charles has only had a few opportunities to see little Archie (4) and his sister Lilibet (2) in person. “The fact is that he doesn’t meet his grandchildren. He’s barely seen Prince Archie and I’m not sure if he’s seen Princess Lilibet more than once. That’s a sad state of affairs,” says the royal expert. Harry is said to have been worried when he was forced to move out of Frogmore Cottage that his father would not be able to build a relationship with them if there was no possibility of accommodation in London.
At least Charles was able to enjoy a conversation with Archie and Lilibet on his birthday. Harry is said to have called him and the two sang a little serenade for their grandpa. It was said to be a “nice surprise” for the king, a source told the Daily Mail.
