Jeremy Renner (52) faces his fears. At the end of 2022, the actor had an accident with a snow plow and was seriously injured. In the weeks and months that followed, he fought his way back to life. He’s doing better now. A few days ago he even visited the hospital where he was being treated. But not only that: Jeremy was also behind the wheel of the accident vehicle again.
“I got back on the machine,” said the 52-year-old on the “Ellen K Morning Show.” He wanted to confront his fears in order to actually heal. “I’ve always done this since I was a child. I’m not going to let fear dominate my actions or lack of actions, so I’m getting back in the machine, turning it on and moving it,” explained the ” Avengers” star.
The ride with the snowplow – and not only that – was there Jeremy brought back a lot of memories: “I’m doing certain stretches at the gym and I’m reminded of actually getting run over and I start crying. I have no idea why.” The “The Bourne Legacy” actor acknowledged his fears, but didn’t want to bury them completely: “So I check them and that’s why it was important for me to drive the snowplow.”
