That probably wasn’t planned! Jamie Dornan (41) has been in the acting business for several years. The “Fifty Shades Of Grey” star recently convinced his fans of his talent in the first season of the dramatic series “The Tourist”. In the sequel, the actor can once again take on his role as Elliot Stanley. Now he tells us about a mishap during filming: Jamie’s face was covered in blood!
The daily routine on set seems to have kept the 41-year-old quite busy. He ran up and down a hill every day for two weeks – but for the certain effect in the series he also had to roll on the ground, he explains in an interview with Ok!. “The director told me to roll down and get as close as possible to this artificial Styrofoam rock,” recalls Jamie. But he came too close to the base and injured himself. “So I stand up, all groggy and covered in blood. Some of it was fake, but it was real blood that went into my eye,” the former model reveals.
The Northern Irishman had actually previously imagined less eccentric and serious line-ups for himself. “When I started acting and moved to Los Angeles, I only wanted to be in comedies. I thought I would only do comedy,” said Jamie once PA News Agency.
