It doesn’t get more in the heart of Amsterdam than this, because Cut Throat is located in the epicenter of our capital, right between the Beurs van Berlage and the Bijenkorf. In addition to creating sleek cuts, this originally barbershop decided a few years ago to also serve food and drinks.
You previously reviewed that Cut Throat is one of the tastiest restaurants around Amsterdam Central Station. Now we were tempted to visit this great location for a so-called bottomless brunch, which means that if all goes well you don’t encounter the bottom of your glass, accompanied by delicious food for those who are not familiar with this phenomenon. (You read that right, unlimited drinks!)
At Cut Throat you can enjoy all types of drinks including beer, wine and cocktails for an hour and a half for an amount of 49 euros – and you can also select a dish from the menu. There is a wide choice of cocktails, from a Bloody Mary to a Moscow Mule. All this while a DJ is playing the best tunes for you, at least there was a DJ when we had brunch here at the weekend!
The kitchen serves Caribbean style street food and we went for the spare ribs and the jerk chicken on the recommendation of the staff! The meat of the spare ribs was so tender that it fell off the bone and the chicken was literally so well marinated that we had to stop ourselves from licking our fingers. These dishes were accompanied by delicious sides such as coconut rice and sauces to make the meat taste even more different. The staff checks in a very pleasant, attentive manner whether everything is as desired and especially whether your glass of mimosa still needs a refill. 😉

So you can come here for brunch, dinner or just a nice drink. According to the staff, the bottomless brunch is: the best way to cure a hangover if you ask us!
For the ladies, this is highly recommended or an excuse to go with your guy when he has to go to the hairdresser again to enjoy a drink (and/or food) at a location where there is a nice vibe and you can feel good. being pampered. BEWARE, there is a chance when he finishes his haircut that he will have to pull you away from his ‘barbershop’ called Cut Throat!
