This is how the birth went! Former Wedding at First Sight participant Emily (28) became the proud mother of a little boy at the end of November last year. Together with her ex, with whom she got back together around a year after taking part in the show, she has been enjoying everyday life as a new mother ever since. Now Emily is sharing private information about the birth of her baby!
In a question and answer session on Instagram, she reveals details about the exciting day. “I woke up in the morning with abdominal pain and noticed some blood,” Emily remembers and explains: “I then panicked a bit. We called the delivery room and my midwife reassured me and told us to come over.” She had no idea that her little boy would be born that day.
And the birth didn’t go as the new mom had imagined. “I always thought it would take longer. It all overwhelmed me at the moment,” reveals the 28-year-old and adds: “I wasn’t expecting the birth to start, then it happened so unexpectedly fast […]. But in the end it was much nicer than I ever imagined.”
