Yesterday we shared a small preview of our interview with Mariska Bauer. After a cerebral infarction in 2022, she went through a deep valley, but now she says she is ‘absolutely no longer afraid’. In conversation with Glamial, she talks candidly about the illness, the recovery, and her and Frans’ secret. And let’s face it: that cover is gorgeous, isn’t it?

We love watching all the reality shows that appear on TV and streaming services these days. But how do these reality celebs actually fare after the cameras stop rolling? Josh Veldhuizen (Fashion Girls with a Mission), Tom Groot (Farmer Seeks Woman) and Susanna Klibansky (The Real Housewives of Amsterdam) can talk about it. They reveal to Glamial what great opportunities have come their way and what struggles they have gone through. “I was crying in my bed when it finally came on television,” we hear.

We also speak to Hans Klok about his boyhood dreams, vain and less vain habits, love, his most recent drunken evening and his life motto. “You often hear the statement: your body is a temple. My standard answer: my body is a bar,” he shares. Ha!
We also quizze lawyer and seasoned entrepreneur Kim Beumer about doing business at Jimmy Choo’s. She shares her best business tips, opens up about finances and dealing with criticism. “Even my biggest critics have to admit that I’m good at what I do,” she reveals.
