That’s why the actor is now surprising people for the holidays: Ryan is releasing a new version of this iconic “Barbie” hit!
Together with music producer Mark Ronson (48), the film star is releasing “Ken The EP”, a collection of three new versions of the catchy “I’m Just Ken” from the film. And that’s not all: As The Wrap reports, among others, a music video also offers a lot to look at. This shows how Ryan performs his version of the track while surrounded by Christmas lights. In addition to an acoustic cover “I’m Just Ken (In My Feelings Acoustic)”, two further versions also offer the dance cover called “I’m Just Ken (Purple Disco Machine Remix)”.
While the live-action adaptation of the iconic doll has already turned out to be a real box office hit, it will probably not come away empty-handed when it comes to awards. Greta Gerwig’s (40) project could win big, especially at the upcoming Critics’ Choice Awards. “Congratulations to the cast and crew of ‘Barbie‘ to her 18 nominations at the Critics’ Choice Awards!” said the film award’s official Instagram page.
