As one of the most successful US real estate agents, he demonstrates his skills in the popular Netflix show Selling Sunset. The 46-year-old has already sold several glamorous villas in his life – but this time there is a very special challenge: Jason sells Kanye West’s (46) unfinished Malibu house!
Selling a house in Malibu? For Jason (46) actually one of his easiest exercises. He is offering the “masterful work of art” of a five-bedroom property with sea views on the 5,674 square meter plot for the equivalent of 48 million euros on the real estate market. But the house isn’t even finished. “The house will cost several million dollars to complete,” the agent tells the Wall Street Journal. Currently it is like a blank canvas – without windows, doors, sanitary facilities and even without a connection to the power supply.
The property was built by a financier ten years ago and in 2020 for three quarters of a million
sold. The rapper bought it himself in 2021 for the equivalent of a mere 52 million euros. In September it was announced that Kim Kardashian’s ex (43) was being sued by the project manager and safety officer for the renovation over poor working conditions.
