It’s your birthday, you treat! At least, that’s the tradition in the Netherlands. Although it’s much more fun to be treated yourself. And some companies are very nice to their birthday customers. So if you have some time to spare on your birthday, go out and get free stuff at one of these places!
1. Free product – Lidl
If you regularly shop at Lidl, you probably also have the Lidl Plus app. This is a digital customer card, with which you can save for free products. Although you will always receive a free product on your birthday. All you have to do is enter your date of birth in the app. Then you will receive a certain product from their range, which differs every year. Surprise!
2. Free tompouce – HEMA
When you think of HEMA, you immediately think of smoked sausages and tompouces. There is a good chance that you would rather run to the store for one of these two (or both). Did you know that you can also get the traditional, pink tompouce for free on your birthday? All you need is a registered customer card. Make sure that you have entered your birthday in your profile. If you like watching a movie at the cinema, this will make you very happy! At the Kinepolis cinema, they give every birthday boy or girl a free cinema ticket. What? Of course, they don’t just do this. You have to be a member of the newsletter in advance. 6. Free product (and discount on pastries) – Jumbo
In addition to Lidl, Jumbo also gives a free product for your birthday. For this you need to have the Jumbo extras pass and be registered. Of course they have to know when your birthday is, right?
