A night out with friends, a nice date or a nice dinner: we completely understand if you start working with your curling iron at these times. Finally, a stylish head of curls is also very charming. However, using a curling iron is not good for your beautiful locks. That’s why we share five ways to curl your hair without using heat.
Rollers
Rollers have been away for a while, but our social media is now full of tips on how to create the best blow-out with rollers. In our opinion, blow-dried hair with a large amount of volume really gives the feeling of pure luxury. Fortunately, you don’t have to make an appointment at the hair salon or use a hair dryer, because with a few large rollers you can create a blow-out look at home. Let the rollers sit for a few hours and voilá: you have created beautiful, large curls.
Unfortunately, sleeping with the rollers is not very comfortable, but fortunately there is a handy solution for that. Make a high ponytail, divide the tail into several strands and roll your rollers around these strands. This way, the rollers lie on top of your head and not on the side, so you are guaranteed to sleep like a baby!

Papillotes
Papillotes were very popular some time ago, because this method worked very well. Apply the papillotes to towel-dried hair and let it sit for a few hours. For the best results, we recommend going to sleep with the papillotes. The next day your locks will be beautifully curled.
Satin heatless curl
The satin heatless curl has been trending lately. It is a long, soft, satin band that you place on top of your head and wrap your locks around. Because the ends are on the side of your head, it is a comfortable product to sleep with; you have nothing on the back of your head and the product is so soft that you can lie on it comfortably. Don’t you happen to have one of those heatless curls at home? Then we would like to advise you that you can also do this with a bathrobe belt. Life hack!
Make curls with your fingers
Making curls with your fingers is probably one of the more difficult methods. Still, it’s worth a try, because you get an incredibly nice result and it’s also the cheapest way. You roll your hair up to your scalp, as it were. If you have curls of your own, you can simply let go of the curl afterwards. You will see that your curl is now much better defined. Not blessed with a beautiful hairstyle? Then secure it at the top with a bobby pin and let it sit for a while. Et voilà!

Braid
As a little girl we loved it: after wearing braids we had a beautiful wave in our hair. Luckily, this trick still works well and is super simple. Make a few braids and let them sit for a few hours. The more braids, the smaller the curls. So would you prefer a subtle wave in your hair? Then make only one or two braids.
So you see: it doesn’t have to be that difficult – even without heat!
