In their own words, the cover is ‘extra special’ for the Echte Gooische Moeder.
Real Gooische Mother Leslie Keijzer made a very nice revelation last Sunday. For example, the mother of two has written a book about the parts of her life that we have not seen on social media and in the series. And although we will have to wait a while for that, she has already shared the beautiful cover.

“Here it is: the cover of my BOOK!”, the Gooische mother begins her story on Instagram. “The manuscript is finished and the book is now going to the printer. You now know a lot about my life these days, but so many things have happened that I have never shared with you here on social media or in the series. Soon that and much more will be available for everyone to read.”
She continues: “I previously shared that the cover is extra special for me because the hand on the front belongs to my niece and we were allowed to shoot this together. I will soon share with you when I hold the book in my hands for the first time and it is available in stores and online😱😱🥂”

Own book
Leslie previously shared the fantastic news via Instagram that she is going to write a book. “Finally it is time to share my deepest feelings and experiences about my (postnatal) depression. With this book I hope to tell my personal, complete story, not only for the mothers who recognize my story, but to tell my story to people who do not recognize it and to break the taboo. I will take you through the writing process in the coming months.” In short: that bodes well! We are patiently waiting to hear more about the release date…
