Do you always suffer from cold feet? Then that can be very annoying. When your feet are cold, it is difficult for you to get warm. Fortunately, there are plenty of solutions to keep your feet nice and warm this fall and we have collected them here.
Warm socks
Do you always wear cheap socks? Then it is not surprising that you often have cold feet. We understand that very thick socks in your shoes are not really comfortable, but it is mainly about the material your socks are made of. So always choose socks made of wool or cotton. What also works is to put two pairs of thin cotton socks on top of each other. This creates a layered effect that makes you feel a bit warmer.
The right shoes
Your shoes also play a big role. Shoes that are too tight cause your feet to get cold. So choose shoes that are a bit roomier with a heel of no more than 3.5 centimeters. In addition, the material is of course also important. Preferably go for leather shoes. Other materials that are not natural cool down faster in the cold, meaning your feet also get cold faster.
Cross your legs
Do you always sit comfortably with your legs crossed? Then you better teach yourself to keep both feet on the ground. Sitting with your legs crossed restricts your blood supply, making you feel cold more quickly.
Warm slippers
Do you also suffer from cold feet at home? Then a pair of wonderfully warm slippers is of course the perfect solution. This way you don’t walk directly with your feet on the cold floor and your feet stay nice and warm. Go for nice woolen slippers with a good sole, so that the cold from the floor cannot get through.
