We probably don’t have to explain to anyone anymore why excessive use of your phone is bad for your health. Not only can you work against it mentally, more and more people are also experiencing physical deficiencies related to their telephone use.

More and more users on TikTok are saying that it is extremely bad for you to have your phone on the charger under your pillow. And let’s be honest: most of us sleep with our phone on the charger under the pillow or on the bedside table.
